From the General Manager. As we approach the autumn I am sure that all our vessel owners are hoping for a continuation of the great summer that we experienced. The weather this last weekend was the first spell of wet and windy weather for some time but fortunately we were not too affected at the Marina and once again the weather seems to be settling back into warm and sunny days.

Having returned from my holidays the focus of the work currently is the Long Term asset Management Plan and the Special Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for 27 March 2019.

At this meeting we will be presenting to the shareholders the works programme for the period 2019 – 2014 (referred to as the LTP 2019 – 2034). The plan will set out the income, expenditure and cash flow as well as the proposal to fund the works, copies will be posted and emailed out to shareholders in early March.

Operationally we have been very busy; Victoria has been managing a full marina along with a constant stream of inquiries for berths and Chris has been busy with the boat lift and maintenance.

The key maintenance tasks that are underway is the WIFI within the marina, fire hose replacements and the replacement of the timber pickets on the inside of the travel lift pen.

Thanks to everyone for the feedback and support that we receive; its important to us that we hear from shareholders/tenants and live a board’s – our service to you is based on your needs and we will endeavor to meet those needs whenever we can.

Finally,

Just a reminder that our normal office hours are 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday – Friday and 9am – 12 noon on Saturdays and the office is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
